socket running problem

Hi all

 i run command osmocom-bb/src/host/osmocon# ./osmoload
 

Failed to connect to '/tmp/osmocom_loader'

and 
osmocom-bb/src/host/layer23/src# ./layer23

Failed to connect to '/tmp/osmocom_l2'.
Failed during layer2_open()

kindly help me out with this i'm stuck..
