cool project! 

i think it can be usefull to debugging the sim client/reader of
osmocom-bb. as DATA_IND/DATA_REQ is already tapped at
layer23/src/common/l1ctl.c, it would be cool if SIM_IND/SIM_REQ will be
tapped for wireshark too.
