i got C115 device . now i am searching for the cable to flash the Build on to the device.

Nagesh,

there are a lot of links in the wiki [1]. Go and read it.
No need to flash anything. You "boot" over the serial line.
Nothing persistent happens [2], if you don't use osmoload, which you
shouldn't.
