The call has been rejected

I try to run mobile application, and thanks to Ben's help. I think I have got
first several steps done. But when I try to run on the real sim card, the
call has always been rejected. I checked many aspects and try to fix it. I
execute ./mobile and find in the command window that

Read stored BA list  mnc=01 

while the sim card service I am tesing is actually with mnc 00 and 02. So
that the mnc in the BA list is different from the mnc  of my real sim card.
Is that the problem that my call has always been rejected? I suspect it is
some thing run with mobile.cfg file. I used the 'mobile.cfg' provided by
Steve Markgraf and in the topic
