DOS in Cellular network

Hello,

I want to bring down the entire internet. I think I can do that in practice on
my LAN by DOSing the DNS server, but on the internet there are others. So I
think a DDOS on all root servers should be more efficient, how about it? Do you
have a better suggestion?
