[PATCH] fix libosmocore build with dpkg-buildpackage

Hello.

Attached is a trivial patch to make

dpkg-buildpackage -rfakeroot -uc -us

work out of the box.

Tested on ubuntu 12.04 x86_64 but should work on any debian-based distro.
