Yes, there was an unplanned outage caused by hardware failure.

There was already intent to migrate services to more powerful
hardware, and this is being done now. Since the migration wasn't
really planned at this time it might take a little while to
restore everything though.

http://git.osmocom.org/ works already, although all repositories
may not be completely up to date just yet.

Thanks for the offer! Someone will contact you about resources if
there is a need for something further, but I have the impression
that there are enough resources at the moment.
