[PATCH] Add generic LE/BE load/store uint type convertors and use them in msgb

And v5:

- switched to code generation similar to crcXX: no more lisp-ness :)
- expanded test-suites

that was fun - the template surely looks much less lispier (and more ugly IMO) but
it's covered by at least 3 test suits: bits (full), msgb and kasumi (partial) so I'm
pretty sure it works.
