eeproms: rm all configs that went to fc-usbser-tools These configs need to be actively maintained, hence having more than one official home location for them is a bad idea.

The development of FTDI EEPROM tools has moved to the new fc-usbser-tools
repository:

https://www.freecalypso.org/hg/fc-usbser-tools/

The present ee2232 version is my (Mother Mychaela's) first attempt (from 2018)
at FTDI EEPROM manipulation tools; the next attempt (from 2019) can be found
in ../fteeprom directory in the present repository, but both of these versions
are now frozen historical artifacts that won't receive any further development.
