Calibrated Tx power levels on a North American C139 phone, PCS band: testing
with CMU200 reveals that the highest PCL 0 is calibrated to 29.2 dBm (0.8 dB
down from the spec number of 30 dBm, same as TI LoCosto document), PCL 1 is
calibrated to 27 dBm (1.0 dB down from the spec number of 28 dBm, looks like
an outright bug in Compal's calibration setup), all other PCLs are calibrated
to spec numbers.
