fcup-smsend[mult]: fix buglet in K&R C NULL pointer passing
The only 100% safe way to pass a NULL pointer as a function argument
in K&R C is to cast 0 to a pointer type; failing to do so may cause
mysterious bugs (invalid stack frames or garbage in argument registers)
on 64-bit machines. This issue has already been fixed in most of
FC host tools, but I just found some missed spots: passing of NULL UDH
to PDU encoding functions in fcup-smsend[mult] in the case of single
(not concatenated) SMS.

# The present hw parameter file is a minimal config that is appropriate to use # if the target is known to have a Calypso C035 chip and a Iota ABB chip, but # nothing else is known. This minimal config is not usable for flash # manipulation or for fc-xram, but it may be useful for fc-iram or low-level # (non-flash) fc-loadtool operations. This config is also a good choice for # fc-buzplay and fc-dspromdump. # The following parameters go into the <p command sent to the boot ROM pll-config 4/1 # ARM @ 52 MHz, PLL&DSP @ 104 MHz if 26 MHz in rhea-cntl 0x00 # good for all Calypso platforms # Perform a Iota poweroff when we are done exit-mode iota-off
