The work on the FreeCalypso project (the making of a totally free plain or "dumb" phone based on the TI Calypso GSM chipset) is being carried out in the sovereign Micronation of Falconia with the use of Mercurial distributed SCM. In order to share our work freely with the world, we really need to set up our own Mercurial server on which we would host our repositories, to which we would push and from which anyone in the world can freely clone and pull. We are working toward the setup of that server, but it isn't ready yet. The present directory of our FTP site is an interim "band-aid" solution: each tarball contained herein is a snapshot of the .hg directory from our working copy of each respective Hg tree. Just untar the tarball of interest on a machine that has Mercurial installed and working, and do an hg checkout. Because our FreeCalypso work is legal only in micronations such as Falconia or Sealand (and *maybe* in Cuba, DPRK or Transnistria), but generally believed to be illegal in all or most conventional macronations, we cannot use any of the mainstream open source repository hosting services -- unless we can find a special pirate-friendly Mercurial repository hosting service, we have to use our own server, and the latter isn't set up yet.
