Here is the complete unedited configuration file extracted from the CE200 DSLAM unit we have bought on eBay. It appears that this DSLAM used to belong to the ill-fated NorthPoint Communications and was installed in Boca Raton, Florida (CLLI code BCRTFLMA). It is a good example of how the DSLAM is configured in large networks which don't use the IP netmodel (don't use the DSLAM as an IP router) and instead have it merely cross-connect subscriber virtual circuits at OSI Layer 2 (DS3 ATM backhaul). It is likely that Rhythms had configured their DSLAMs the same way. config.tgz is what was actually stored in flash on the DSLAM, config.txt has been produced by un-gzipping and converting from CRLF to UNIX newlines. Note the "Last Saved On" date in the header comments and compare it with the chronology of NorthPoint's demise. Also note the four subscriber loops configured with CMCPCompatible=No - yay for standards-based non-sheeple CPE! (The rest appear to have been served with CopperRockets and Netopias in a roughly equal mix.)
