Orion is the classic SHDSL chipset from GlobespanVirata.  It has since been
acquired by Conexant.  Conexant used to have their own SDSL/SHDSL product line
prior to that, but they have spawned it off as Mindspeed, a horrible company
that IFCTF does NOT recommend doing business with.

According to the old datasheet Orion supported legacy SDSL/2B1Q and SDSL/CAP in
addition to SHDSL via pin-compatible population options.  However, Orion/2B1Q
and Orion/CAP chips are not available (Conexant also took them out of the
datasheet) and we don't really know if they ever were available (it may have
been something that was planned in the design, but never actually worked), so
Orion is best thought of as an SHDSL-only chipset.
