This directory contains firmware images for Netopia routers based on the UMB3
motherboard (R-series and D-series).

nir4113.bin is firmware version 4.11.3, image downloaded from netopia.com and
archived here to guard against Netopia or their successors pulling it out of
circulation.

d7100c-v4.3.8.bin is the image read out of the flash chip on a D7100-C unit
with firmware version 4.3.8 (quite ancient).

cm_wanlet_rom.bin is the image read out of the Am29F040 flash chip on the
CM SDSL wanlet on that same D7100-C.

cpen1300.bin came from ftp.netopia.com and is their version of the firmware
image for the CM SDSL wanlet; it appears to be different from any of the
versions downloadable into the wanlet from the DSLAM side. The R7171 IMUX unit
that was donated to us for reverse engineering had this firmware version on
both wanlets; we were hoping that installing this wanlet fw version would make
IMUX work on another UMB3 we had with the IMUX feature key supposedly present,
but it didn't do the trick.
